Issue of shares

Share Issuance Service

£ 79.99

What is a Company Name Update?

Issuing shares involves creating new shares to distribute to shareholders, who can be either new or existing. Companies may allocate shares to both individual and corporate entities.

Please note that details of share issuance will not be reflected on the Companies House register until after the next confirmation statement is filed. For immediate recording of share issues, it is advisable to file a confirmation statement. This is especially important if share issuance is needed to open a business bank account.

  • We can prepare a confirmation statement as part of this service for an additional £45.99.

What Does Our Price Include?

We will provide the following documents:

  • Application letter for new shares
  • Board resolution
  • Meeting minutes
  • Return of Allotment of Shares (Form SH01)
  • Share certificates
