If you need to change the email address to which we send your mail, you can update it by logging into the Online Client Manager, navigating to ‘My Details,’ and modifying your primary email address.

You can also view your mail at any time by logging into your Online Client Manager and selecting the ‘My Mail’ option. Here, you’ll be able to view and download PDFs of all the government mail we have received for you.

Can I use the Registered Office Service for multiple companies?

You will need to purchase our Registered Office Service separately for each company that will be using our address.
