In our experience, our customers prefer to avoid the administrative burden of maintaining copies of their statutory company registers. Therefore, we will store your registers at our offices, and they will be available to you upon request.

This service is available to all private companies limited by shares and guarantee. Unfortunately, it is not available to limited liability partnerships or PLCs.

If your company is dormant, you can request our dormant company service through your account manager. We will provide a letter notifying HMRC that your company is dormant for Corporation Tax purposes and prepare and file your dormant company accounts with Companies House.

To prepare your dormant accounts, we will send you a brief questionnaire to complete. Once we receive your information, we will file your accounts and notify you once they have been accepted.

If you have any questions about the process, your account manager can explain everything in detail to help you avoid any late filing fees from Companies House.

We will email you a questionnaire before your Confirmation Statement’s filing date. Once you have completed the questionnaire, we will prepare and file your Confirmation Statement as required. The Companies House filing fee is included in the price of this service.

We will conduct identity verification checks on all beneficial owners and the named customer associated with the company.
