A confirmation statement is a mandatory filing requirement by Companies House for all limited companies and LLPs.
This replaced the Annual Return on June 30, 2016, serving the same function – to confirm that the company’s details are correct and current.
Rocket Formation offers a confirmation statement filing service to ensure your company remains lawful and compliant. While there are no penalties for late filing, failure to submit a confirmation statement will result in your company being removed from the register.

A confirmation statement must be filed with Companies House at least once every 12 months.
This service is renewed annually, helping to ensure you never miss a future filing deadline.
We offer two ordering options for our Confirmation Statement Service – Standard or Express. With the Standard service, your confirmation statement will be filed within 3 working days of receiving the necessary information.
If you need it filed urgently, you can choose the Express service, and it will be submitted within 24 hours (1 working day) after we receive the required details.
If you are an existing customer and formed your company through Rocket Formations, there’s no need to provide any additional information. We will send you a current company summary, which you can either confirm as accurate or notify us of any changes.
For new customers, you will need to create an account on our website and import your company. Don’t worry, the process is simple, and we will provide clear, step-by-step instructions.
A confirmation statement is due 14 days after the anniversary of your company’s incorporation date or the date of your last filed confirmation statement.
