The business bank account offers are exclusively available to companies with UK-based directors and shareholders. Companies with directors or shareholders residing overseas are not eligible for this offer. Typically, forming a limited company takes about 7 days. However, this can vary depending on the workload at Companies House on the day of submission. For urgent cases where same-day incorporation is crucial, we recommend selecting the Guaranteed Same-Day Service with your order.
Once we submit your company application to Companies House, we cannot track its progress. We will notify you as soon as your company is successfully incorporated or if the application is rejected. In case of rejection, we will address the issue promptly and contact you if necessary.
The authentication code will be included in the email we send you once your company is incorporated. You can also find it by logging into your customer area on our website, where it will be displayed on your company’s ‘Overview’ page along with your registration number.
Immediately after incorporation, we will send you an email containing your new company documents and authentication code.
You don’t need to provide documents to form a limited company online with us. However, due to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, we must verify your identity and address. If our digital verification fails, we will require proof of ID and address documents.
HMRC will send a CT41(G) Form containing your company’s 10-digit UTR number to your registered office address within two to three weeks of your company’s registration. If you have lost this letter, you will need to contact HMRC directly to obtain a replacement, as HMRC only provides this information to the company.
